Valona Dec 26th 1908 Mr. John Muir Martinez Calif Dear Sir As to the description of lot sold to Grennan is commencing fifty (50) feet from the North East corner of the school Block thence East fifty (50) ft on the South side of ceres st thence South One Hundred (100) ft thence West fifty (50) ft to the Easterly line of 6th Ave, thence North (100) one Hundred ft along the easterly line of 6th ave to the place of beginning being a piece parcel of land of sanch I have not seen Mrs Rea but will inform them of your wishes.
