Darling Helen:
All's well here, the trip in the hot cars seem to have done me no ill, but the rain & the fog, the dimness & darkness & mud-ud-ud are most mirey and melancholy. Glad you're not here but in the dry rosy desert howling with healthy gales & gravel.
I hope to get word from you today that you feel no ill effect from that hurried walk to the station.
Here are two clippings, Show them to Dick & the Judge, The light dict is good. Always acknowledge my letters giving dates, for I fear some may be lost by the irregular mail arrangements.
I've sold three more Valona lots.
