I hope you are enjoying your grapes & fine weather. Dont forget my warning about taking cold. Always keep rather too warm than risk being caugh[t?] out in wind without sufficent clothing. The place is lookin[g?] neat as ever. Quite a lot of flowers still in bloom Keith & O Callahan were up yesterday. & of course inquired for you. All well. Have a typewriter from the city who is copying for me
