Daggett, Cal. Oct. 7 -Dear Papa -All goes well here, and Im feeling fine as ever. We are having a little rain this morning, it began last night, but dont amount to much. Mr Van Dyke is still away. No one has heard from Mary for a week or so. Mr Manson's Mother was here two days, left for San Bernardino yesterday. The work here on the ranch goes on as usual. Did you hear anything more from Mr [Front?] about our house? And did that man from04303 Fresno come? Tell Wanda to write to me whenever she has time.Lovingly yours alwaysHelen
