Sept 23rd 1908 Mr John Muir Martinez Calif Dear Sir Mr M. Monick that cooks at Selby wants to know how much you will reduce of the price by taking three (3) acres which would be three Hundred (300ft) front and four hundred & thirty-five & 6/10 feet (435.60 ft deep. He was willing to pay #350 per acre. Kindly let me know at once Yours truly Francis George Please make sketch of location of above mentioned 3 acres, with reference to road & MatozaΓÇÖs block so that we may know what we are selling.
