Your Collier's letter is all right. The Valley is safe for many years at least. So much we have won by our hard battle, & the poor dollar sinners will have a thorny time of it ere complete destruction of Hetch Hetchy is made sure There own destructive plans will be the first to fail [in margin: at least so we will hope & work & pray
