Darling Helen:
I have got the three deeds at last -
Helen to Wanda
Wanda to Helen &
Wanda & Helen to John Muir
A few slight errors will have to be corrected & I will probably not get off until Saturday. Some Valona business also to be attended to - Made quite a sale yesterday of $400.00 & the wharf rent of 500- recently paid will make you quite moneyful.
Be very careful to guard against sudden changes in temperature - a single chill may undo all your hard won health gains.
Ever Yours
