[letterhead]Jany 8, 1908Dear MuirWe were delighted to get your letter of the 7[th?] inst, because it gives us the good news that Helen is "much better," on the Van Dyke ranch. When you can leave her you must come down & visit us. We have 3 rooms finished on the 2nd floor, & the Kitchen. The servants are in the house & we expect to get in (on the 2d floor) ourselves by Friday or Saturday (this is Wednesday). It will be at least two weeks more before the downstairs rooms are finished. all the 2d floor will be done by the first of next week. We can take care of you when we go in and will be delighted to have you with us.Sincerely yoursA H Sellers04015
