All's well here. Sold another Valona lot
You have so many deeds to sign, folk will take you for a millionare heiress.
Maggie is about as usual last I heard, & Dorothy much better than could be expected after pleurisy. Had a long letter from Calkins. He has an Orange Grove at Lordsburg.
Weather still sloppy. Be careful about cold this changeful season.
