Martinez, Nov. 27, 1910Dear Mrs HookerI'm sending by express a few prechristmas leaves & flowers. The leaves may be pressed & saved for the Holiday, & the libocedrus you like anyhow. The plumes are flower-laden tho beginning to fade. They have always been favorites of mine.All's well in the lonely Den. Hope to see Keith soon He is better & was in his studio yesterday for the first time - though I failed to see himSaw Herrin. The taxodium trip is waiting calm political weather in Mexico.Fondly hoping all good for you all I am ever faithfully affectionatelyJohn Muir
