[Jan. '02].
Mr. B. O. Kendall,
King's Daughters' Home,
S. F.
Dear Sir:
I shall not be able to be in S. F. tomorrow, but will be glad to see you here. Mrs. Swett, one of Mrs. Carr's oldest and most devoted friends, may be at the King's Daughters' Home tomorrow afternoon or next day, as soon as she can, to see that Mrs. C[arr] is comfortably situated and cared for. I am laid up with bronchitis. Hoping to see you on way home, I am,
Faithfully yours,
