My dear Sellers;
I am just back home from a ten days trip to the Grand Canon of the Colorado & in the pile of letters awaiting me on my desk none was ready more eagerly than yours, for i had not heard a word since you went to your Wis club house seeking health & rest for Mrs Sellers. And what a time you have had! Accidents, paralysis, pneumonia, bronchitis. As soon as you are able to travel you must all come here to
stay. At the Grand Canon I watched the arrivals at the hotel every night hoping to see you among the crowd on the way to California. Come on & build a cottage on our ranch & see how fine these P.M. days of life may be made Keith is still painting good pictures making about $35,000- a year- financially glorious & semi-pi[illegible] I shall keep on hoping to see you soon & am
Ever faithfully Yours
