March 30, 1901.
Dear Mr. Muir,
Thank you for your letter which came two or three days ago, and for the photographs which have also arrived, two lots of them, one in a roll, and the rest flat.I shall begin looking over the copy for the book in the various numbers of the magazine in which the articles have appeared, and shall be quite eager to get the last chapter—for I think it is the last--which you now have in hand.
Yours sincerely,
n.b.parker.
Mr. John Muir.
