Mr. John Muir
My dear sir:
May I be so bold as to ask you to send us your photograph. Our library is already valuable in its possession of books, magazines, maps and photographs relating to the mountains and to all of this I want to add a little collection--it will of necessity be small--of distinquished mountaineers.
Truly yours,
Allen H. Bent
