I think of you very often, look at your splendid picture and then read once again some of your Boy stories, and then it seems

We are spending the summer between Live Oak, Sierra Madre and "320". Willock faithfully keeps the garden blooming, although I know he misses so much his Beloved Master

and Mistress of the Manor_
Nothing, as yet, has been done to sell - but I am sure in the early winter Mrs H. will need her furniture to furnish the new San Fancisco Home.
Fred and I plan to take a much smaller place.
