[Original letter returned to Mrs. Anna R. Dickey]
Martinez, Aug. l3, 1913.
Dear Mrs. Dickey:
I've been working night and day on the all-time-devouring Hetch Hetchy. Soon will know whether the question will go over to the next regular session of Congress. Then we may have a breathing spell.
Rejoicing in the good reviving time you're having,
Ever faithfully your friend,
JOHN MUIR
