Petersen on note 50.00 In your account I find only $25 credited “ “ M. Urlick on lots 35.00 “ “ J. Talken “ lot 10.00 “ “ John Bonacci on lot 2.B.33 100.00 The balance $250.00 he is to pay at $25.00 per month. The price of lot 2.B.33 was $350.00 Mr Sucey who ownes lot 1B.33 wants lot 8B.33. I told him it was $350.00 he wants to pay 75.00 down and 20.00 per month. (I think he ought to pay 100.00 down and 25.00 per month). Yours truly Francis George
