Mr. John Muir
By the enclosed clipping you will see that our dear mother left us nearly three and one half (3 1/2) months ago. Would have written you sooner but heard

that you were dead and did not know it was a mistake till recently. She was ready and willing to go and longed for the time to come that she would be free from pain.
Hope you and family are all well and would like to hear from you when you find time to write.
Sincerely
Kittie Hodgson.
