Valona April 19th 1907 Mr. John Muir Martinez Calif Dear Sir Enclosed Ck no 33. of $300.00 in as part payment on Blocks 27 and 28 the balance of $375.00 to be paid in monthly installments of $25.00 per month. Now Mr. Urbick wants the East half of Block 26 lots 1-2-7-8 and is waiting to pay $175.00 for said ½ block. $100.00 cash and $10.00 per month until paid Those lots are on the brow of the hill. Should I let him have it. Yours truly Francis George. Has Mr. Vincint Paid his interest on the mortgage to you? As it was made about Feb 1st 06
