Ongowarsly on lot 75.00 Mr Brown has not surveyed the lot for Mr. Ongowarsly up to date as per your letter of Oct 7th 06. Kindly have said lot surveyed as he wants to build a fence & made garden. When will you came down & set prices on the lots With best wishes I am Yours Truly Francis George (JM added: Please explain. In the account received yesterday, I see only $25 credited for March 20, 1907.)
