ROBERT W. MCDONALD
ATTORNEY AT LAW
ROOMS 406 AND 407 SLAVIN BLOCK
PASADENA, CAL.
Mr. John Muir,
Martinez, Cala.
Dear Sir:--
The Scotch in and about Pasadena have organized for the purpose of celebrating Robert Burns' birthday January 25th, 1907.
This celebration will take the form of a banquet to be held at the Hotel Maryland of this city.
At a recent meeting of the organization a motion was adopted instructing me to extend to you an invitation to be with us on that evening and give us a talk. Many have expressed a warm wish that you can be with us and assist in the object of this celebration, and it is hoped that you can see your way to be here.
I am,
Very truly yours,
Robert McDonald
