Dear Ina Coolbrith.
The Spinners are welcome to the use of my Alaska Dog story for the good purpose mentioned in your letter, though I suppose the consent of the Century Company will also have to obtained.
I'm sorry your other letter failed to reach me. A good many of my letters have been last these confused days. Helen is still far from well & I'm so choked with cares I have not been able to write a word for the press for three years or more. Hoping your health is better & that the coming year will bring you many blessings
I am ever faithfully yours John Muir
