My dear Mr. Muir:
Of course you know we haven't forgotten you and your daughter, and the interesting evening you gave us when you dined with us at Mr. Wilder's invitation, will always remain a most delightful memory.
Some of the pictures that we took in the forest of Arizona were satisfactory, and I thought you would be interested in seeing the enclosed. Upon showing it to Mr. Chichester of the Century he recognized you instantly.
I sincerely hope that your daughter's health is improving as the days go on, and that you are in good health and spirits.
With kind regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
[illegible]
