Further referring to your note of April 8 to Mr. Harriman, regarding the Yosemite Recession Bill, I enclose herewith by his direction copy of a letter received from Mr. L. W. Bushey, Secretary of Speaker Cannon, showing that the bill passed the House on Monday last, under suspension of rules.

The Speaker received your communication of recent date, together with the letter from Mr. John Muir, of Adamana, Arizona, relative to the Yosemite Recession Bill, and I am directed to advise you that the bill passed the House on Monday last, under suspension of the rules. I return you Mr. Muir's letter.
