Dear Helen & Wanda,
I got your letter today. Sorry the weather is rainy again. You must be very careful about drying out & dusting your beds every day especially when the tent cover is damp. Everybody here seems as usual. Maggie is considerably better than when I left.
I went to the Magees yesterday and put the Utah St property in their hands. They said they would examine & value it & sell only when the right time & offer came.
The money is all paid on Helen's Block & deed delivered, & deed made out for the Old Mill & ready for Helens signature. Duane will probably close trade for John place in a day or two. Have not seen Charley yet. Paid the taxes today for whole year.
[Kunie?] is happy. Am writing at my old desk & the home though desolate seems most like home of all.
Good night darlines, Heaven bless you
Your loving father
