San Francisco,
March 2, 1905.
Mr.John Muir,
Martinez, Cal.
Dear Mr.Muir:--
I have your favor of February 26th and have deputized Mr.Keith to arrange time and place for our luncheon, but from some remarks he made I think it is very unlikely that he will select South Dome or any other California mountain as the place. He evidently prefers more accessible points, when you and he arrange the details, I will be happy to join you.
Very sincerely yours.
