I hope you will find time this autumn or winter to pay a visit to my brothers at St. Helena.
My mother has been greatly the better of her trip to the West.
We both of us send you & your folks our best regards.

Two Sundays ago I spent the weekend with Willie Douglas in Edinburgh. We loafed round the "auld house" & went up Arthur's Seat. He had just returned from a month's climbing in Switzerland. He had been up the Matterhorn, Rothorn, etc. & some other breakneck places.
