Dear Mrs. Muir:
I have received two letters from Mr.Muir during the past few months, and he wrote me of a third letter which I did not get. That letter told of his experiences in Manchuria.I am anxious to know more of his travels and am particularly desirous of finding out when he will return. He told me in a letter from India that he would be back by December 1st, but I have heard it nothing of his arrival.
Will you kindly send me a line and let me know something as to his probably whereabouts and the time of his return?
Hoping that the new year finds you much recruited in strength and that you will be able to come and visit us before long, I remain
Sincerely yours,
Bailey Millard.
