We have no doubt that it is a good thing & that it will pay 100% but we have now in view something that promises to pay as well or better. hence our desire to sell out.
We are all well Mother says she got a nice letter from you. One thing I know it was not very [large?] Hope you will not fail to visit Portage: it will do us good, [illegible] DGM
