Send it back as soon as convenient. I expect to trade the three acres [stricken word] with another 3 acres, (and one the last I expect to get what we call 2000$ profit or with your 2000.$ a gross of 9,000)$. 8000. of which I get in an equity in a very good house worth actually about $13,000.$ [illegible]15,000.$ and a first class note (secured on the 3 acres) for 1500,$ so if this thing goes thro we will have quite a little capitol. The house is very fine and rents for 80$ for month, I will trade the house for a good vacant corner and build a rental block on it if possible which we can sell or keep as you say, Love to all, Truly, Walter Brown
