Karabian, Walter: Moscone's liberalism
Abstract
Walter Karabian: Well not to Moscone. Liberal to Moscone was what he was. He didn’t shy away from it. His example that “if the kind of car you drive determines whether you belong up here, you don’t belong up here.” Putting a label on him didn’t change the fact that you had this charming, likable, handsome, right on the issues especially for San Francisco legislator. They could use a guy like that today.
