Abstract
Gimmy Park-Li: I would like to focus on the voter registration campaigns because that was key. In the Chinese community, we would have voter registration drives. It was difficult. You had to convince people that they could register. People were a little skeptical because they felt that they didn’t have a place even as a voter, but of course that goes into voter education.
