Description
Photo from Dimen Village of Wu Mnci tying off the different colored warp threads underneath the wooden bench after finishing the warping of the backstrap loom. The thread is pulled around both ends of the wooden board while being wrapped around a metal cylinder and then a weaver's sword in the middle. All odd revolutions go over the weaver's sword and under and around the metal shed rod. All even revolutions go under the weaver's sword and over and around the metal shed rod.
