Description
Photo from Dimen Village of Wu Mnci unraveling yellow thread as she is adding it to the backstrap loom she is warping. Black, white and pink warp are already wound across the bench, around the metal cylinder that will serve as a shed rod and the weaver's sword. All odd revolutions go over the weaver's sword and under and around the metal shed rod. All even revolutions go under the weaver's sword and over and around the metal shed rod. She has already added one revolution of the yellow warp but the thread has been made 3-ply by the documentary team and is somewhat entangled.
