Photograph from Dimen Village of a woman standing behind white cotton yarn skeins hanging on a horizontal bamboo pole in the shared courtyard in front of Wu Meitz’s workshop. She has inserted a short dowel through bottom loop of a skein and will twist it to wring the water out.
