[ ] are [strong] [ ] [ ] high on the [side] [of] [valleys] [all] [of] wh [which] abound in hollows [sketch] developed by ice running par [parallel] with main NE [northeast] clvg [cleavage]
Lakes of next lower emptying below main lake 5, 3 of wh [which] are in a close cluster near head of can [canyon]
There is a fine cascade of 1000 ft on [the] stream of this basin just [where] it descends to the main river
The walls of all of these high cans [canyons]
