[7] had come with the boat for me. I was glad to see & speak to any body & and get back to comparative civilization yet loath to leave my fascinating studies. He had wandered about over the broad mor some time before he could find me. Mr. Loomis I found in the boat & Mr. York. It was kind of him to come without being signaled, as the inlet was rough & obtruded with burls & a cold wind was blowing & I talked an hour of my adventures. Next day July 22 dozed and did nothing but reflecton what I had seen. The weather fair - mixed cloud & [shine] Looking for the Stenson Queen. July 23d – the Queen arrived during the night.
