15 There is a pass thru [through] mtns [mountains] at head of 3d gl [glacier] v [very] fine mtns stand at head on each side. The one on NE side the higher & [from] [everyway] it has 3 gls [glaciers] trib [tributaries] to 3d. 3d Gl [glacier] has 5 tribs [tributaries] on right side 5 also on left [sketch: curious looped mor [moraine]]

The mtn [mountain] left side of white gl [glacier] is almost 6000 ft h [feet high] the [AM] sun back of camp left side of dirt gl [glacier] 5500 [sketch: [Man] Lake] gen [general] dir [direction] of extension of sandy val [valley] below Lake S70E E on the farther end N of E
