Measures about 2 miles across between the lowest projecting mtn [feet] ¾ of a m. This is one of a group of 3 low-descending gls on the E side of Lynn Canal opposite the N. end of Admiralty Ile. No 3 counting from the N. The next on this page is No 1. No 2 comes down to within a few feet of sea-lvevl about a mile to the S of No. 1 * Southmost of the Alaska gls that flow into the sea and [send] off bergs. It discharges into a fine Yosemitic fiord that puts back into the waters from [Souchoi} channel a few miles to the N of N Stickeen mouth. * Summit of mtn back of Lower Chilcat [vl} 7000 ft high Immaculate white Nov 6, 1879 *Gl. No 1 of Group off N. end of Admiralty [Ild.] *Next large gl to the S. 4th from No 3. Descends within about 500 ft of [ ]
