Notice To Teamsters & travelers on & after the 22nd of Oct — the undersigned will [have] & [continue] to [have] a constant [supply] of up [upper] [sink] hay & [grain] at 2 cts per lb & fresh water in barrels at a [point] in the [canon] above [Mr.] [Cox’s] present residence & [near] the [summit] I will also deliver Hay & water at any point on the road between Salt Wells & the summit as ordered.
