Brown I think the trade will be completed the latter part of this week, I had to send [illegible] lendor to Kentucky to get a (D.C.D.) Quit Claim Deed from an old lady about 80 years old who has by an inperfect deed a life dower in the land but we though perhaps she would die before you sold, it does not amount o much.
