much valued. We were at Waterloo near L.pool for the winter but are at home now & enjoying the lovely summer days. The heather in front of our house & the "Lands of Dee" between us & the Welsh Hills. Father still keeps well and at present we have John's wife & four delightful children with us- & John when he can get over in the [cogs?]. - and father enjoys them all greatly. We hope dear Maggie Lunam will come to us for a few weeks in the autumn It will cheer her the change.I hope all your dear children are well & that you are still able for your literary work. I hope you will get this little letter - I dont think they often go astray. Our united loving remembrances to you dear cousin.Affectly yrsAnnie Hay.
