Iexpected to have found it returned to me at Martinez this morning,but it had not arrived. I hope that it has not gone astray.I think I told Buel that the right of way was not to have any otherright of way for a power company within 1000 feet. Other rights of way for telegraph and telephone can I suppose be allowed to run parallel oracross this right of way without any restriction.I will be in Berkeley the rest of this week, but Tom willhand in the fight of way deed to Tinning, who will attend! to it.Glad to hear that you are now getting along so well. I am getting my note books typewritten so that I can go to work on themand make them into a book on Alaska.Ever your devoted father,John Muir
