EL TOVAR, GRAND CANYON. ARIZONAFRED HARVEYJune 11, 1910Mr. John Muir,Martinez, Cal.Dear Mr. Muir;-Thanks for your nice long letter. Mr. Moon sent pictures of yourself and Mr. John Burrows, in care of Mr. Hooker, Adams Street. Hope they were forwarded to you.Mr. Brant was sorry that he did not get a chance to call on you while in Los Angeles, as he came right home from Coronado; only had a few days in Los Angeles and while there had to attend to business matters.I am sure we shall only be too glad to call to see you should the opportunity offer and if we can possibly spare the time when we visit Los Angeles, but I presume we will be detained here until the last minute and then have to rush to take passage. However, will be in San Francisco a couple of days and will be at the St. Francis Hotel. We are to sail on the 9th of August. If we are not able to see you this time, shall have that pleasure to look forward to a little later, and shall hope to see you here often and for good long visits.04784
