I met Mrs. Waters, President of the Womans Federated Clubs, today and had a long talk with her on Hetch-Hetchy matters. She will start next Tuesday for Cincinnati. Please send her a map, and several copies of our pamphlet and leaflets. Her address will be- Mrs. R. J. Waters, Gibson House, Cincinnati, Ohio, from May 9th to 18th.I propose Joseph J. Perkins and John B.
