as to changes of rules on ReservesMartinez, Apr. 7. 1897.My dear Mr Lukens.If you will write out a list of the changes You think would be beneficial in the rules & regulations for management of the Park I'll see how far we agree & what we can get done. Of course these proposed changes would have to be made by the Secretary of Interior.Possibly our Club would pass resolutions on the subject. The soldiers of course will do their duty. If one is allowed to hunt & shoot of course all will. Wouldn't it be better to make hunting lawful only in the Reservations.
