Who it seems cannot be depended on for further attendance at WashingtonMy throat is much better & I shall try to see you as soon as this melancholy fog vanishes.You & Parsons are doing bravely, but how huge & insatiable a devourer of time is our precious park, especially the Tuolumne half, & Hetch Hetchy in particular.
