It was decided that the annual dinner be held on the second Tuesday of May hereafter. The name has been changed to the Wisconsin Alumni Association of Northern California and by a vote were, elected Ex-chief Justice W. P. Lyon of San Jose, President Wheeler of the University, Director Campbell of Lick Observatory, Dr. Turner of Madison, and yourself to honorary membership.
