Cook. Cal. Sept. 18th 1904.Mr. John Muir.Martinez. Ca.Dear Sir:- Some time ago you wrote that you would spend a few days with us viewing our proposed Pinnacle park. Would be pleased if you could come before the middle of Nov. as in case you should deem it worthy of your recommendation to congress would like to have it by the 1st of Dec. as Congressman Needham said all pertaining to it should be in by that time. He was highly pleased with his visit just completed. Our association has $700 to be applied to your expenses. You can take the stage at Tres Pinos any week day at about 3 o'clock and reach my place about 7.30 or 8 o'clock. Come any time to suit your convenience. Will send you a few small pictures. Please let me know a few days in advance. Yours truly S. C. Hain.03441
