Rochester History ClubMay I ask you to tell me in a very few words what Agassiz's glacial theory is? I have looked in many places, but I have not found it stated. Can you direct me to any book which describes the scenery of Alpine Co., California? I used to live there. In fact my father is the Superior Judge of that county now. I should like to find a book describing Lake Valley, and the view of Lake Valley & Lake Tahoe from the top of the Placerville Road. I shall be very grateful if you will answer these inquiries.Again thanking you,I am, faithfully yours,RH. Arnot
